Delivery and Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Timeline: 14-21 business days

  • No shipping charges on orders above ₹30,000

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Tracking details are shared post-dispatch

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Timeline: 14–21 business days

  • Shipped via registered international couriers/logistics partners

  • Shipping costs to be borne by customer; we do not offer free international shipping.

  • Duties, customs, and VAT are not included in the product price and must be paid directly to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

  • For the UK and EU, unpaid duties/taxes will not be grounds for order cancellation or refund.

  • Insurance is available upon request (customer-paid)

  • Maison Megh is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 22-35 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

  • Maison Megh is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather, customs delays, refused deliveries

  • Claims for transit issues must be raised with the courier. Maison Megh is not liable for losses during return shipping or third-party mishandling.

  • No refund or re-dispatch for rejected or unclaimed international shipments

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Request an exchange within 2 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact

  • Color Disclaimer: Product photos are representative; minor color variations due to screen settings are not grounds for exchange or refund.

  • Sale Items: No returns or exchanges on discounted pieces.

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged

  • One-time replating is offered free of charge, but the courier both ways must be paid by the customer

  • Additional replating requests are available on a chargeable basis

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Made-to-order, custom, or personalized items

  • Final sale / discounted pieces

  • Worn, used, or altered items

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation requests accepted within 1 day of order placement provided the order has not been handed to vendors for processing.

  • No cancellations allowed for customized, or time-sensitive items

REFUNDS

  • Processed post quality inspection and approval

  • Refunds issued to original payment method in 15–21 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If customer refuses to pay customs or accept delivery, the order will not be refunded.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted


DELIVERY FAILURES

  • If a recipient is unavailable after 2 delivery attempts, the package is returned to us
